Delivery Information

At Vertex Office Furniture, we prioritise the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of your office furniture. Below you’ll find details on our delivery options, shipping guidelines, estimated timeframes, and tracking process. We’re committed to providing a seamless experience — from dispatch to delivery — keeping you informed every step of the way.

Orders are typically dispatched or ready for collection within 3–10 business days, depending on stock availability. If you require urgent delivery, please contact our team and we will do our best to assist.

Metro Delivery

We offer delivery to major metropolitan areas, including:

  • Sydney
  • Melbourne
  • Brisbane
  • Perth

Selected regional areas may also qualify for metro delivery rates.
Please note:

  • Standard delivery is to ground floor or loading dock only
  • Items are delivered flat-packed unless stated otherwise

Any delivery address located more than 50km from the CBD may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us at admin@vertexfurniture.com.au to confirm pricing for your location. If your order has already been placed, our customer service team may contact you to arrange payment for any applicable additional delivery charges.

Access & Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery, please consider the following:

  • The delivery site must be safe and accessible
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    o Stairs
    o No lift access
    o Tight or restricted access
    o Booking or induction requirements

Delivery to upper floors is only available where a suitable lift is accessible and fits the product dimensions. Please include any special delivery instructions at checkout.

Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery
If delivery or installation cannot be completed due to circumstances within the customer’s control (such as no access, incorrect details, or unavailable contact person), a re-delivery or re-attendance fee may apply.

Warehouse & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from the closest available warehouse within our national network to ensure efficient delivery.

  • Some items may ship from different locations
  • Pickup availability may vary depending on stock location

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days
  • Out-of-stock or special orders: May take longer
