How Pick Up Works

1. Place your order online and select Click & Collect
2. Our team will allocate your order to the nearest available warehouse
3. If required, stock will be transferred between locations
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready
5. Attend the warehouse during operating hours to collect your order

Important Information :

  • Not all products are stocked at every warehouse location
  • Some items may need to be transferred from another warehouse before collection
  • Our warehouse network includes multiple locations across Australia, so pickup
    availability may vary

Orders & Payment :

  • All orders must be placed and paid online prior to collection
  • Payment is not available at warehouse locations

Pick Up Hours :

  • Pick up is available on weekdays only during standard business hours
